Blowbar® Policies

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee for any Blowbar® scheduled service, Blowbar® requires at least 12 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations occurring less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the service, charged to the credit card on file. If a group appointment is canceled within the 12 hour period, the original cardholder will be responsible for all appointments in the group.

Due to high demand during peak seasons, such as holidays, prom, and homecomings, an extended cancellation period of 72 hours may be implemented and deposits may be required to schedule multiple services.

Late Policy

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may reduce the service time and/or result in rescheduling your appointment. When Blowbar® is forced to cancel an appointment due to tardiness, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged to your card by the end of that business day. Please note, it is not our intent nor desire to not service clients, however, we need to be courteous of the following scheduled appointments throughout the day.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days for any damaged/malfunctioning tools or products. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. Hair extensions and hairpieces are non-refundable. Blowbar® gift cards redeemable for services offered by Blowbar® Express Styling Salon cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

All Blowbar® services are non-refundable.
