Terms and Conditions
SŌBLOMÉ and VIB memberships are parts of a loyalty program offered by Blowbar® Express Styling Salon (henceforth referred to as Blowbar®) to our most valued customers. These membership terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in our SŌBLOMÉ and VIB memberships (known as “member”) and with respect to our memberships. Blowbar® reserves the right to change these membership terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures (“related rules”) affecting our memberships and to terminate memberships at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in our membership program, member agrees to these terms and conditions and related rules. Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about our memberships’ terms and conditions and related rules, which can be found at BlowbarExpress.com/membership/
Participation in the SŌBLOMÉ membership entitles member to 2 blowouts per membership month, 10% off of any additional blowouts beyond the 2 included with membership, 10% off all in-store retail purchases, and a free Birthday Blow to be redeemed during the members birthday month.
Participation in the VIB membership entitles member to 4 blowouts per membership month, 2 hot tool upgrades (curling iron or flat iron) per membership month, 2 deep conditioning treatments per membership month, a free birthday Blowout to be redeemed during the member’s birthday month, and 15% off all in-store retail purchases.
Discounts and memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by member. To redeem membership discounts, members must provide their name and identify themselves as a SŌBLOMÉ/VIB member. Any attempt to transfer benefits of membership may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Blowbar® reserves the right to request proper identification from a member prior to providing discounts or using membership as a form of payment. Unused benefits expire at the end of each membership month, they DO NOT roll over.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel at any time prior to their scheduled monthly renewal with no penalty. All included services will be valid through the end of the membership month, however, retail and service discounts will terminate immediately upon cancellation. Member must provide written notice of cancellation prior to the renewal fee being processed. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable.
Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees in order to participate in membership program. Fees will be determined by the type of membership chosen and may be affected by hair’s length and density and the presence of extensions. Membership fees will recur monthly until canceled in writing by member. It is each member’s responsibility to keep Blowbar® informed of accurate billing information. Monthly fee’s will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. In the case of a transaction being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), member understands and agrees that Blowbar® may, at its discretion, attempt to process the transaction again for a period of 30 days from the original attempt. Members also agree to allow Blowbar® to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. Blowbar® may use these channels to communicate with member regarding account status, program changes, related rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Blowbar® believes may be of interest to member.
